Description

Polished Shungite round plate. Some gold flecks present on some pieces, this is naturally occurring traces or veins of Pyrite. Size approx 5cm.

This Shungite plate has many beneficial uses! For example:

Shungite is a black, lustrous mineraloid consisting of almost pure carbon (similar to a diamond). It was found in Shunga Village in Karelia, Russia, from where it gets its name. Shungite contains trace amounts of FULLERENES – rare and fascinating nanoparticles which originally scientists thought didn’t exist in nature, until their discovery in Shungite.

Peter The Great (former Russian emperor) created the first spa with Shungite for his soldiers and made each soldier carry a Shungite on them, due to its water purification and healing properties.
