Silver Topaz Natural Rough Piece. These rough pieces are clear, with some slight tints of blue or yellow hues. Some have inclusions and/or staining. Nice and comparably good quality and size considering the rarity of the material! Good to Very Good Grade.

GEOLOGICAL:

Topaz is a rare silicate mineral of aluminium and fluorine. Colourless in its natural state, while trace element impurities can make it pale blue, or golden brown to yellow orange. Topaz has a high specific gravity, and because of that it is often found in concentrated placer deposits. Much Topaz has been produced from placer deposits in Brazil and Nigeria.
