Palo Santo:
Palo Santo (“Holy Wood” in Spanish) is for spiritual purification, energy cleansing and healing. It was traditionally burned by the ancient Incas and is still used by Shamans today. A sweet, balsamic & herbal scent. Wonderfully calming & soothing.
White Sage:
White Sage is sacred and is believed to cleanse a space of any evil spirits or negative energies that may be present. Its smoke is also used to bless, cleanse and heal the person or object being smudged.
